Toyota recall is a warning for our civilization
Whilst some commentators pick over the rights and wrongs of Toyota’s actions in dealing with the throttle and braking recalls, I’d like to take a few moments to consider whether this event is a metaphor for our global economy; and a warning for our civilization. Quite simply, our economy has a sticking throttle problem. We’re driving faster and faster.
